Welcome to the British Paranormal Association Help Desk system. Our system will keep you up to date with the progress of your email, the BPA system will also provide you with your very own reference number that allows you to track your email via a ticket system, from the moment it's sent and the ticket is opened all the way through some of the internal process until your ticket is complete and closed.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 48hrs of receipt during normal business hours, delays are to be expected throughout seasonal times.
